Why I believe in God, despite everything
Despite the horrors which have been, and still are, committed in the name of religion, Mike Bourke challenges the idea that we can solve the problem simply by ceasing to believe in God. He argues from a linguistic perspective that if God did not exist we would have to invent him — and such a human substitute wouldn't be the Real Thing!
